::I just came in today to see if they happen to have a bag I was looking for. I didn't see it immediately, then the gal went to grab exactly what I wanted from the back. It was the same bag I already have but in a different color, so I didn't inspect it. I was just like "perfect, wrap it up!" I got home to find the bag is USED. It has scuffs on the bottom, and the tags are off and in the pocket. Needless to say, I'm returning it tomorrow. Obviously I'm not buying a used bag for $300 when I can get it on eBay for $100. I can't believe they would resell a used handbag at the actual designer store. Ridiculous. The 2 gals in the store were really nice and helpful and I'm sure following basic protocol. If you aren't supposed to resell returns, I'm sure they wouldn't have.

::I went there to return a bag and their service is good and quick.

::There is a reason this store has so many bad reviews. It is dirty, poorly managed, and the quality of the items sold there are terrible. I've heard that many MK stores are closing do to quality concerns and people realizing that wearing animal fur and skin is disgusting, and I hope that is true. Judging by this location, I can certainly see why. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
