  Visited my new friend. This is nice little neighborhood, with swimming pool, plenty of parking. Pretty homes. Really great people live here, friendly & happy!

  My sister & I were delighted to see a nice affordable option for mom to remain in OC as she aged. This park was that well maintained for Seniors, very family friendly and nice community events. Not so now it is managed by a management company who is very difficult to reach. The park is not maintained very well & they borderline harass the seniors. They set pool hours for children during school hours so if grandparents want to have grandkids over to the pool 9-11am are the hours. They have eased the space rent so much it is not that affordable anymore. Now it’s not very family friendly the time when seniors need their family most. I would NOT recommend this Park at all. It is terrible now and very disappointing that they take advantage of Seniors. If I could give a negative -5 I would.

  I've lived here for over a year and the Main Managers on-site, Karen and, sometimes, Pat are kind & helpful. They're patient if you have a problem to solve ( mine is lanscaping because I have extra land around me.). The park is kept clean. There's no pushy "activities" director, like someplaces, so you can get together with neighbors with whom you have common interests or stay to yourself if you choose. Although there is a general get together ( attendance NOT mandatory) for each major holiday and NO mandatory food bring-a-long or "Secret Santa" nonsense. So it's very relaxed. The BIGGIE? It has the lowest Space Rent of ANY PARK in OC!!! I just signed my 5 year lease ( yes, you can get out of it if you're moving.). I won't say what I pay to live in this beach community because you'd cry. And my rent raise is only $15 a year! Unlike one HB community with no stores near it that went from $1500/mo. to $2200/ mo! from one year to the next. I wanted a GORGEOUS home there; only $79K. Then I found out why - the space rent. I found out my park has KEPT the rates low for many years. I don't personally know the owners, but I'd like to thank them for making a Senior beach side community safe, clean & affordable!
