  It would be nice if they would make up to there promises. They said they would repair my window and re-key my back door over a year ago and they never do it. I keep reminding them and all they do is keep raising my rent.

  Management doesn't know how to do proper repair and runs the place like a slumlord operation property it's barely Livable FYI there's two registered sex offender's living here
