  I was at this shop a couple weeks ago for brakes so helpful giving me a ride to my job and then picking me up. Told me then I needed to look into changing my radiator hoses, I decided to wait. I called them today because I was having an issue with a light that was coming on. They picked car up took care of it and brought it to me at my job. So grateful for helping me with this.   Needs to be more customer friendly on the phone. I wanted to bring my car but I didn't like how I felt rushed on the phone. I understand they have work to do but I need know if I bring my car I won't get ripped off.

  Went in for an oil change, found out I would need some extra work done (kind of expected it). Everyone was great on making it work for my needs; staff was great and I felt like my needs were being met. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely be going back!

  RVC is a great shop to work with. Kevin runs an honest business and though he stands by his repairs with a warranty, I have never had to return to adjust any repair. They know their trade and provide professional analysis and repair when necessary. Combine that with the highest level of service from Kevin Jr., Nancy and Frank, and you have a winning combination when you need to address your Jaguar.

  On my vacation, my sis and I had our car break down while Christmas shopping and I called around the local auto shops to find out a possible solution, the sweet lady I spoke to on the phone took my info down even though I wasn’t looking for any paid services. Our ins company had us waiting for an hour for a tow truck, but the lady from RV called us back to check on us at the right time, we cancelled ins towing and had them tow us, they were so quick to get us and when we got there they were friendly, honest and caring! They made a bad situation seem a lot less stressful! They genuinely and honestly cared!!! Those are the hardest qualities to find in the auto world... we know nothing about cars they could of said anything to us! Greatly appreciated! Thanks guys! Rae
