  My wife and I spent over 2 hours test driving and looking at various colors of a beautiful XC60. Mario was our salesman, and he gets 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We get to the price negotiation stage, and we share with him a deal that was offered to us at the same dealership, for the same car, in December 2017. Now, I realize that perhaps the deal from December is no longer available, but of course we can find a middle ground and negotiate, we all know that. Mario knows this too, so talks to his manager. His manager (WAYNE FOISY) comes over and refused to negotiate, AT ALL. Says that's our price, we aren't moving. He said this to me and my wife in an extremely condescending way. We obviously left, went down the street, and bought a BMW that same night.

  Bought a car here and it was a great experience I highly recommend Karp to everyone. My sales person was Tyler and he was great and the sales manager Damari was one of the best managers of my entire car shopping experience. 👍🏾

  My wife and I have shopped for Volvo cars found the best dealership and deal at Karp Volvo. We visited most dealerships and found that Mike Kelly at Karp provided us with excellent car knowledge, financing and vehicle options info. He was a gentleman and non pressured salesman. He was the answer-man and the reason for our return visit to make this purchase. Mike knew the car well & options first hand and the technical details of this vehicle to help us with our decision. I would buy from them again ! We also met with the Sales manager Wayne Foisy to close out our deal. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with our experience and vehicle price and took the time listen and address our questions. We had a nice experience. Thanks Karp !
