::Brought my car here to get an oil change and have a few other things checked on my vehicle on a Saturday. Was told by Bill the manager that they only do oil changes after the service person told me they could check it out. Bill said no we can only do an oil change on Saturday. So I said let me get an oil change and then I will go to another place to have the other things checked. Bill told me to take my car and leave. Bill got mad because I wasn’t going to give him all of my business on another day that is more convenient for him. This place used to be my number 1 go to for service in NY and now I can’t even trust them. On top of that the manager in the showroom supported Bill 100% in his decision and even said that they have no problem defending themselves against complaints. Looks like quite the opposite in the reply.

::Horrible experience at this dealership, I have purchased from them prior. They show no loyalty to existing customers. Responded to a letter sent to me from the dealership looking to expand their used vehicles inventory. What a crock, they were looking to milk me dry so they can profit. Walked in dealership and didn’t remember the last sales person I spoke to. Began talking to Shannon who after collecting some info, asked if I ever spoke with a “Jamaican”. I guess this is how they differentiate each other, instead of using names. I sat with Jerome, he’s a nice guy it’s a shame he’s affiliated with this dealership. Was given an outrageous appraisal on my car. I attempted to follow up with the sales manager Chris via email , but I guess he was too important to respond. I bypassed numerous dealers to do business with them a year and a half ago, big mistake! Wasted 2 hours of my time on their invite to take part in Memorial Day Sales Event and help increase their used inventory while all they did was show their greed and lose a potential return customer. Happy Memorial Day to you guys as well! Gary, thank you for responding. Well following up with what happened, after posting this review I was immediately contacted by Chris. Who danced around my entire situation and continued to exude the dishonest qualities which lost my business. I did go over to Ramsey Jeep, they were extremely professional and gained a new customer. To all reading this review and the past 4-5 months reviews on this board, if you wish to get treated in a respectful manor do yourself a favor and bypass Rockland Jeep.

::Leased a 2019 limited Cherokee. They had the “exact” car I was looking for delivered. It was beautiful and fun. 9 days later the car has multiple issues. Back up camera doesn’t work, stereo system will NOT power off, car shudders while driving and when sometimes when applying brakes. They gave me the car I wanted at the price I asked for BUT the thing is DEFECTIVE. I feel deceived. They sold me a problematic vehicle. Very disappointed wanted to get a second vehicle from him at the end of summer for my son but now not sure it will be reliable!

::I recently purchased a CPO 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. My salesman, Nick S., was unbelievably accommodating, walking me through each step of the process smoothly. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood the numbers, allowing me to find the exact car I was interested in met my price point. He was very helpful in making sure I was well acclimated with the vehicle before driving it off the lot and followed up with a call a couple days later to make sure everything was going well and that I enjoyed the car. Grade A+ experience and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge go in and ask for Nick S.!

::Chris Trois is an exceptional sales representative. He is very knowledgeable and worked with me and management to obtain the perfect deal. The Charger Hellcat was a gift for my wife and Chris made sure that the car was in perfect condition when she viewed it and took it for a drive. He dealt with circumstances that were beyond his control like a true professional. Very pleased all around and also had a great experience with Mike in finance.
