  To start all I wanted was one tire changed because it had a bubble on the sidewall. I was hoping to have the warranty cover it but the warranty dep was closed on Saturday so the service advisor said they would give me a call back the following Monday. After trying to get in contact with her for 2 weeks I come to find she never updated the phone number in the system I had given her. I had also talked to another service advisor the following 3 times I was there looking for her who told me he wasn’t allowed to reorder a tire if another SA already has. He also had failed to mention to the original SA of my numerous attempts to contact her. After 2 weeks of no communication, dangerous driving, $25 in tolls 5 trips back and forth I come to find manufacture warranty doesn’t cover it because it was caused by a pothole. I was on my way out making peace with all that when I accidentally stalled my car with the parking brake on because the gear was left on first which I never do. After explaining the situation to the manager on how it could it have caused damage since this has happened to me in the past costing me $1000 he proceeds to start arguing, repeatedly talking over me and telling me there is nothing wrong with my car and I had to leave the premises. He literally kept repeating “there is nothing wrong with your car” while I was trying to explain why I think it could have caused some damage even if there is no direct sign of it. Instead of listening and offering to help me write up a formal complaint he just acted like a child and tried to get rid of me. When I asked to speak to someone else since he clearly didn’t know how to handle customers he told me there was no one else to speak to. When I found another manager to speak to they were able to listen and helped me voice my concern on paper.

  Extremely nice and willing to accommodate your every need to the best of their ability. The one thing I appreciate is that they do not try to add on any service. They will inform you if they see something that is in need of repair, and will recommend the time frame you should make the repair.

  Everything went well. Second car I bought from then. Place is nice. Salesman George was very helpful and friendly.. Never had a problem with them. That’s why I went back . Service was good when I needed it. Not much service was ever needed. My little civic ran great.. That’s why you see so my Honda’s on the road. Good place no stress car shopping..

  Honda of Nanuet Service department is the best. I have been going here since I was a kid with my Dad. The service staff feel like family. They try their best to get you in and out as fast as they can. My mother will only go on the days Cliff is working and she is 87 years old! Thanks to everyone on the staff for always taking good care of us. I live in White Plains and the Honda service department is pale in comparison with only 2 people on their staff so I travel over to Nanuet to get my 2016 Civic service. Thanks Dominic for running a great staff.

  I have been using Honda service since I bought my Honda Civic back in 1998. It has been my pleasure to deal with Dominick Garretson of your service department for many years. There is no one like him. He is always friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very honest. Being a single female, and not knowing much about cars and what needs to be done, Dominick takes the time to explain to me what is needed and reassures me that it is done in a timely fashion. He takes a lot of stress out of dealing with these issues. On occasions, I have had emergencies and he has taken care of situation as quickly as possible. I always know and can trust that the work is getting done correctly. I have been driving for more years than I want to admit and I can tell you that I have never met such a great guy who truly cares about what he is doing and the customers he deals with on all levels. This is a quality that you rarely fine now a days. I have recommended many people to Honda and will continue to do this because of my dealings with Dominick. Honda should realize what an asset he is to this dealership!!!! You can't pay people like him enough! I am so thankful to Dominick for all the wonderful years of making my experience a pleasurable one!
