  I purchased over $60,000 of furniture from Roche Bobois and it was the worst decision I could have made. First the quality of the furniture is not as good as you would think for the prices they charge. I had one problem after another with my order. First of all they told me that my furniture would arrive in 2-3 months and it ended up taking seven months for it all to arrive. Second issue was I ordered a coffee table for my living room and when it arrived it was the wrong color and when I tried to exchange it the store told me that it was my fault, I had to fight with them for six weeks to get them to agree to exchange it. Problem number three was I ordered a lamp for the bedroom side table and the designer that the store provided told me it would fit on the table and when it arrived it was too big and again the store tried to blame me, the designer had the nerve to say to me “well I didn’t know you were going to have an alarm clock on the table” who doesn’t have an alarm clock on there bedside table, I had to fight again for weeks to get them to return the lamp. The next problem was I ordered a coffee table and side table for my office and when they arrived they were the wrong color and they were too big for the room I could barely walk by the table there was no room, and yet again they blamed me and they refused to exchange them or even give me a store credit so I am stuck with two tables that don’t fit. The next problem was an area rug that I ordered and when I ordered it I told the store that I needed a dog friendly rug that was easy to clean because one of my dogs was not toilet trained and I asked for it to be scotch guarded and when I got it delivered my dog urinated on it and the stain will not come out in fact the area where the dog urinated is damaged it looks different to the rest of the rug and the fibers are all coming out, so I googled how to clean a viscose rug which is what the rug is made of and it says that you cannot get pet stains out of a viscose rug. The rug cost over 4000 dollars and it’s cheaply made very bad quality. There were many more problems with this order so I highly recommend not buying from this store
