::This was the first time I was buying a mattress in New York City. It was actually a gift for my daughter from me. I knew very little how to choose a suitable mattress within my budget. Alex, an extremely pleasant young man, helped me find the exact mattress I needed. ::Went into this store just to look at a few mattresses with no intent to buy. As soon as I walked in I was met by the store manager John. Very nice, articulate and gracious individual. John answered all my questions and concerns. He never rushed me or tried to steer me towards any particular brand. In the end, I purchased a great mattress for a great price. John beat Amazon prices. I left the store feeling like a million bucks. I would and will recommend this place to all my friends.
