  As a former employee (hence the word former) with extensive backround in the furniture and mattress industry, I can state with confidence that if you are looking for anything bedroom related (furniture, mattress, pillows, and bedding) in the tri-state area then Long's is where you want to go. 1st - Long's is a true family owned company for over 103 years. That's huge!!!!!!! 2nd- Regardless if it's their signature brand or a Simmons, they will only the best quality for that level of product. Prior to allowing the Relyon products of their showroom floor, Robert and Judy traveled to England to ensure the best was indeed made the best. 3rd - Low turnover of employees. Another huge sign for the consumer. If employees are staying, then that speaks volumes. Which means the consumer must be getting treat right as well. 4th - Delivery..... I know and worked with these gentlemen first hand. They are indeed the best and will do whatever is needed to ensure you the customer is happy. My past clients would call me just to tell me about the delivery!!!!! I could go on and on, yet in an industry that sells basically a blind product, there needs to be trust. You are going to find that at Long's. They will respect your budget, as well as listen to your needs. Folks companies don't stay in business for over a 100 years unless they're doing the right thing and this is a review you do not want to ignore.... Cheers :)

  WARNNG: TERRIBLE STORE Dealing with this store has been the worste experience I ever had with purchasing a product. First of all, they charged us close to $1300 for a trundle bed promising top of the line mattresses and best frame. The delivery came 5 weeks late, after they already charged us and the bed was awful. Uncomfortable, thin , camp-like mattresses and when we called up the response we got was "well, we will send u boards to put underneath the mattresses. " The story goes on but just to sum it up- they are frauds and liars. And they told us straight up other people have disputed them before.. I wonder why... STAY AWAY FOM LONGS BEDDING!
