  Dirty noisy rooms. Dirty sheets. Hairs on sheets. Makeup on pillows (pillowcase was turned out). They don’t do laundry at all. I don’t care about waiting long for check in. But very very dirty. Switched 4 rooms. All dirty. Few more guests in the line with uncleared room problem. If you are looking for a creepy place - welcome.

  Perfect location off the river. The front desk was very accomodating and kind. A beautiful view of the riverfront. Bed and linen were clean. A little outdated but that isn't when you stay here. Its affordable for the location.

  This hotel has a beautiful location, pretty much the only nice thing. First we arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:15 because my son was in the worlds first championship tournament for robotics and they would not let us check in 45 minutes early. Came back after our matches and proceeded to check in and they gave us a Key to go up to the "penthouse" , and once we got to the room it was very very dirty toilet paper still in the toilet, sticky stuff all up and down the banister carpets not even vacuumed walked up to the second floor and there was dead bugs all over the night stand. Told him I wanted to get a complete refund and they asked me if I would please look at what other room, look at the second room and that room had a big bag of trash in the middle of the floor. Walk downstairs and proceeded to tell them I wanted a complete and total refund on my credit card and the manager had the worst attitude ever, acted like we were a complete and total inconvenience to them. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone but not even let my animals stay in this hotel.

  Nice place on the River Walk, great view of Windsor Canada. Clean, smells really good, TV channel selection and wifi is standard for a hotel. Gym on site. Parking is good, lots of places to order food however be mindful of delivery fees one place charged 10 bucks. Lots of places nearby also. Will add more if anything changes.

  I'm staying here at the River walk hotel the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful, the concierge/management staff was superb. Any questions or issues I had was expedited immediately. I give the hotel and staff included a 10 for wonderful service. Would I stay here again YES (Diana Drew)
