::The hotel was decent, nothing like the pictures online but it was satisfactory, the window situation was an issue, lighting also, only thing that was great was the clerk Jasmine, overall wasn’t that bad, would still recommend

::The wind knocked my power out at home so I booked a room for the night. Figured the power would be on downtown since the power lines are underground. 30 minutes after checking in the power went out for hours. I would have expected a downtown hotel to have generators. Definitely an investment I will be making for my home.

::Good budget hotel, no frills but clean & decent. Especially convenient for those doing business downtown & out most of the day. Not really for a family vacation stay.

::A Few years ago I went to a hotel, the most disappointing hotel I've been in Detroit on Jefferson. The hotel was called the Baymont Inn, and it was somewhat a small hotel . The hotel was unprofessional, and the staff were not checking around the area. The hotel only had few staffs working, they were not cleaning the rooms properly, and not washing any towels or sheets correctly. The hotel had some scratches and stains on the wall. There were no cautious sign on where the floors were wet. I had seen a fire extinguisher on the ground in the hallway and all its chemicals were on the floor. People couldn't get across while the chemical was on the floor. It took approximately five minutes for a staff to come and check out the situation and the hotel is not even big. I don't even think the hotel had any security cameras. The hotel then had call the police and the fire department about the situation. Later that day the manager of the hotel tried to kick my family and I out for being loud, and he refuse to give us our money back, and we were only there that day. Now I hear rumors the hotel have bed bugs, I suggest customers look for a different hotel.

::upon checking in- they didn't have my "booking" even though I had the confirmation number and the email. They booked me a different room for the same price (good thing). It took us an hour to check in with two groups of people ahead of us. My car was broken in and the window shattered. They did not apologize for any inconvenience (must happen often) They ended up charging me for the original booking and the second booking they made for me. I requested a refund. One week later, still haven't gotten the refund. Had to call my bank and make a dispute. They informed me that it shouldve not taken longer than 48 hours. They have no sense of hospitality or warmth. You want to feel invited when you stay at a hotel.
