  Disappointed. Started out well with office staff. However, when the doctor arrived, provided a 30sec analysis to which he provided me with medication that I basically already came into their office with (he did not even take the time to tell me if the OTC medication I was using was helpful or harmful). The only addition was providing an inhaler on a e-prescription. When I went to the pharmacy, they forgot to write the inhaler prescription and of course their office closed between when I left and got to the pharmacy. Called their office, put me on hold for over 30mns to then tell me that their office was closed. Told them I was looking for a long term PCP, but definitely won't be going back. (you know what type of office it is when the doctor doesn't even ask your name)

  Bring yourself your phone and a good movie so you can keep yourself entertained. The doctor forgot I was there! Aside from that the front desk girls were rude. The doctor checked a bruise on my arm and then billed me as if he treated my arm. I won't return again to these jokers.

  The service here is terrible. The receptionist is rude and short even when answering basic questions. The wait time is extremely long and you are left waiting in the examination room for long periods of time without explanation. I came in because I was having a bad cough and an upper respiratory issue. I was seen by a nurse practitioner for less than 15 minutes and they charged me $550 for the visit. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you're looking for a doctor. I would definitely not be going back to any Riverside facilities.

  Totally and utterly unprofessional. I sat there for over an hour and witnessed the behavior of the front desk staff! Unbelievable! rude conduct and treatment of customers. From the Physician to the office attendants, all clinicians and staff lacked basic understanding of running an office, let alone a healthcare office. This office should be converted to a vet's office. I finally got up and left and will never go back to this place or another Riverside locations. It is unfortunate that a trained physicians can work in offices with environments like this. Sad!

  Horrible place DONT GO TO THIS GABAGE i CAME IN AT 2:30pm DIDNT LEAVE till 5 they left me in the room didn’t say anything WORST PLACE EVER. I’ll take the crappy centro any day.
