  wow, what a nightmare experience. I had an 11:00 appt this past Saturday. I arrived at 10:30 and proceeded to wait one full hour before I got up to enquire what the issue was. By this time the waiting room was PACKED with patients, many standing bc there were not enough seats. I was told there was an issue with one of the machines causing a delay. I was told I was next. When another client was taken I next I went up again to see why I was given bad info and some lame excuse was made up. I asked for the manager and told him the proper thing to do is call patients or at least tell them when they arrive there is 90 minute wait so the patient can decide if they want to leave and come back VS sit around and waste 90 minutes on a weekend day. All in all, I was seen 90 minutes after my appt time. DO NOT BOTHER going here.

  Was able to pick up my results on disc at no charge with ease.

  The office is nicely decorated, neat and welcoming, but the customer service is pitiful. I dropped by on May 6, 2016 to get Xrays done per my doctor. They told me to return once they received approval by my insurance for the x-rays. I waited almost a week for approval. Only when I called them to find out what happened did they say I could go back to get Xrays, so I returned in early June 3rd, 2016. The X-ray technician is very nice and professional. No complaints there, but when I got the X-rays they said that they would be sent to my chiropractor in about 3 - 5 days. We are now going on almost two weeks. I have been to my doctor at least 6 times since I had my X-ray appointment for chiropractic sessions and each time I ask him if they have received the X-rays. My chiropractor and the office staff say they still haven't receiving them. I just called my Chiropractor to have them call NOW and ask this office for the X-rays, so we can know what is the problem with my neck and back and so we can move on to, potentially, getting a soft tissue MRI. What is infuriating about this is that I wanted to get this all done quickly, since my husband and I want to get pregnant and it is prohibited for a pregnant women to get X-rays or MRI's. So, basically we're WAITING to get pregnant while this company takes their sweet time in delivering some simple X-rays. It's ridiculous.

  This place is a dump. A few years ago it was good, but not now. Waiting time was almost 2 hours. The MRI itself was over 45 minutes. The MRI report to my Dr. was very poor, very little information. It all started with my needing MRI to 3 different sections of my back. I went for my first and that is when I had the horrible experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for the second. When I got there on time I saw a person waiting and one being done. I was informed the waiting time would be long. It was suggested I should come back later. I told them I would not be going back. That is when all hell broke loose. I had to wait 9 days for the results and the info my Dr. received was very poor, not enough information.I think it was the kind of info I could have gotten with a plain x-ray.

  I had my mri done & they did a good job. Not much waiting & friendly.
