I wasn't happy with the attitude I got form the guy who "served" me. I was so unhappy. Better costumer service would make a huge difference. I saw that he treated everyone else poorly. But they did their job which is always a good thing.

First time at Rivera Toyota. Definitely coming back here and would recommend to all. Our service advisor Mark was great and the whole process was smooth, timely and organized!!! He checked in with us throughout and made everything run smoothly! Will be back!

Prompt to have a seat and wait for two hours. Nobody checked with me and the car was forgotten.

I had a couple of recalls placed on my truck so I called the service center in order to arrange for replacement of the left and right rear springs on my '08 Tacoma. First thing "Ronnie" tells me right off the bat is that "There's no recall, no lifetime warranty" before even checking to make sure (turns out there is). OK, whatever. Moving on, I call later on to arrange to have a loaner car to use while my truck was being serviced and was told there are no loaners available and to call back around 4. I call around 4, a woman answers and confirms there is, in fact, a loaner available. I tell her to please hold the loaner, I will arrive in 30 minutes. (I live 30 minutes from home, and having my wife shlep over to Mount Kisco with our two kids was not ideal at the moment). Show up to the service center, "Ronnie" tells me there's no loaner and he never said there was. I called out the woman at the desk and confirmed that she did tell me there was one over the phone 30 in prior. No apologies, no alternative solution offered. Shitty service and even shittier attitudes all around from this department. Next time will look to use Greentree Toyota up in Brookfield, CT as I’ve had several good experiences there. Mariano should check up on these people once in a while.
