  Although my family purchased 2 cars here. I didn't wind up buying a car. (Just not the right time) however I was so impressed by the level of professionalism I saw I had to speak up. Jack is one of the best salesman I have ever met. Knowledgeable, passionate, laid back, no hard sell, he sincerely cares about the customer and the car you are purchasing. Superior service and exceptional professionalism.

  So I purchased my first Lexus From Michael Day and he made the process surprisingly enjoyable. I really like the fact that Michael was attentive to my needs. He not only sold me on the car but he made sure to sell me the Lexus brand, Himself, and what his dealership can offer me. I am extremely impressed that they have their own car wash station on site. I mean really??!!! What a fantastic idea!!! I can go on and on about how nice everyone is at the dealership and it seems that the employees really love there job which shows with there genuine smiles. I implore you to visit this dealership because i have a feeling you will fall in love with the dealership the moment you are greeted at the door with large smiles. For me all those Smiles and the receptionist knowing my name instantly changed my perspective of car purchase from grim to wow i can't wait to drive my new Lexus!!!   GREAT experience. I just bought a new Lexus from Casey Becker @ Lexus of Mt. Kisco. She was friendly, informative, gave me great insight to features and benefits of cars, without overselling. She is a consummate professional. This dealership also has a great service department Sean Burton always exceeds my expectations!!! I can't believe a few hours ago I brought my old car that needed service in and within a few hours Casey had me out the door in my new Lexus that I LOVE!!! Thank you Casey, I am so grateful that you are a part of this dealerships sales team.
