  We had a lovely stay at this bed & breakfast last night. The house and the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Breakfast with giant beautiful and perfect. As you can see from the pictures the view from our room looks lovely. We are now excited to go walk around the neighborhood for a little hiking. Service and the entire experience eere excellent. Highly recommended!

  We loved our one night stay at this gem along the Hudson. Ellen was such a kind host and her breakfast was phenomenal- wonderful fresh fruit and then French toast with her homemade bread. The views from the porch and our room (Empire) were stunning and the whole house is decorated with such style and elegance. The location is perfect to explore the local wineries, check out the walkway on the Hudson and everything else in the Poughkeepsie area. We'll be back!

  Stayed 4 or 5 nights at this awesome B&B along side of the Hudson River just south of Poughkeepsie on the western shoreline. The host was extremely helpful and prepared a different wonderful breakfast every day. All of the rooms are "perfect". There is a covered outside deck on two side of the house which provides a wonderful view of the river and Poughkeepsie in the distance. Conveniently located for short day trips to many nearby attractions.

  Fabulous breakfasts, meticulous attention to every detail and genuine hospitality have brought us back many times to this quiet spot. For things to do, there are three colleges within easy driving distance and a unique jazz club - The Falcon - just down the road. A perfect getaway. TIP: call, don't text.
