  Very lovely staff was fantastic. Made a mistake in booking a room. Manager Mark. was fantastic and helping me straighten this out. Would definitely stay there again.

  Above average for the area. Be advised though that 'Business Class' means upstairs with no elevator; challenging if you have a lot or heavy luggage.

  The kid at the front desk was rude from start to finish with my check in process. Like I was bothering him by bringing my business there. Also the air conditioner was on in the lobby even though it was 37 degrees outside. Brought my family to go swimming at the indoor pool and we nearly froze to death after leaving the pool area. We did enjoy the room. Very comfortable beds and it was very clean

  I had an amazing time, not knowing the area very well, the staff and front desk were very informative. My daughter and I stayed all weekend and the breakfast was nothing to extreme but was great. Nice warm environment and next time I am in the area I will be staying there.

  Our stay here for one night was excellent! We got a very good deal online for the room and when we arrived the staff upgraded our room for free just because they were not fully booked. The indoor pool was heated and very relaxing. The continental breakfast had make your own waffles and was fairly adequate. We plan on returning when we are back in the area sometime later in the year. Staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating!
