  I would recomend Frank and the team at River Cycles to anyone. Stuck with a badly damaged wheel at the beginning of a trip cycling from NYC to Boston Frank sorted me out with a new wheel and arranged for my damaged one to be sent back to the UK. Made us a decent coffee too. Great service.

  Frank is the best! Amazing service, treats every customer like family. Employees are equally nice and helpful. Lots of knowledge, great tips and advice, they will help you buy what is best for you and not necessarily the most expensive thing in store. Thanks guys for the great service so far!!!

  Great prices, great customer service, great guidance on which products to buy. Frank is the best!!!! By far, much nicer experience then at Greenwich bike. The team at River Bicycles focusses on getting you the right bike for your skill level and experience vs the most expensive bike. Will we go to them when we upgrade? We have and we will continue to do so.
