  Poor customer service. I walked in looking for a bike for my daughter and the young man at the register was too busy with his phone. The owner did not even acknowledge us, very rude.

  Dave and his team are amazing. I came in with a last minute request before close on Friday evening, and he still took time to fix my daughter’s bike, so that she can ride to school safely on Monday morning. Truly terrific service!

  Glenn and Dave's Cycle have been around for decades for a reason. They know their stuff (from beginner to pro), they know how to take care of people and they love sharing the best hints on where to ride. Glenn's response time was quick and he never fails to have a sense of humor. Plus he gave me great advice on navigating the massive crowds at Bike New York. Experience, knowledge, responsiveness and friendly! Dave's is my first choice.

  Rude, poor service, didn't want my business, made me feel like I was disturbing his day to help me fix a flat. Would NEVER go there again
