  Good store with kind staffs. I like the pharma section particularly. There are couple of staffs who literally help you out find the right medicines. Overall even the discounts are good. Spacious and very good service.

  I agree to most of the reviews here. Depending on who is working, customer service can be a hit or miss.

  It depends on who is there if it's the young adults, then they'll be unhelpful. The adults are fine in that store. There is a white lady in the pharmacy who was following me around. She wasn't trying to be secretive neither. I go to Rite Aid all the time. That experience was just stupid but other then that they are okay for now. If they keep hiring new people then Rite Aid will be different.

  I wish I could give them a negative rating. I went there to simply buy dye-free Ibuprofen and they don't seem to keep it in stock. I asked their staff who told me to go to the pharmacy deptt and even when the staff at the pharmacy section saw me waiting they didn't come to assist me. Instead, they kept on chatting amongst themselves. I ended up buying some "overpriced" chocolates (the chocolates were kept in wrong aisle and when I brought this to the attention of the cashier she said-OHH WELL THE PEOPLE KEEP ON TOUCHING & MOVING STUFF) and the staff couldn't scan my card. This is the worst store ever with really unprofessional staff. Would not recommend going here at all.Go to Walgreens, CVS or even Walmart/Target and you will be better served!
