::This CVS is by far the worst. The pharmacy staff is horrible. If you use their app they notify you when it’s time to refill a prescription. So yo select it to be refilled like anyone else would do then you go to pick it up and they tell you “O it’s to early come back in two days and we will have it”. So two days pass and you go to get it and they tell you it’s still to soon come back in two days. They have all their computers which tell them the right fill date so why do I need to keep coming back? They should be able to give you the right date from the start. So finally I go to get it and they tell me it’s not in stock. You would think after making me come in three different times they would know someone needs it and after multiple visits you think someone would say put an order in for the medication. After dealing with all that you have to deal with the staff. The only time you can talk to someone is when all the girls behind the counter decide their done with their conversation while you stand there like an idiot. They act like they are the only people with jobs and we have nothing to do all day so it’s ok if we wait. So the long and short of it is they suck.

::Great customer service from the pharmacy. I work in healthcare, calling Rx to this pharmacy is truly easy and handled professionally.

::The employees at the Hope St location are the nicest and most courteous at any CVS or similar retail store I've ever encountered. Without fail, each employee is exceptionally well-trained. I suspect the manager does a great job in hiring.

::I am a very patient man and I have had many (different) issues with the pharmacy. They have been very rude (multiple times with multiple people), unorganized (lost prescriptions), and inefficient. They will not even call your name when you wait for your prescription (and they are aware that you are waiting). I understand that they are still in a new phase (1 year), but I can no longer use this as my pharmacy. I am now going to 66 High Ridge Road. Much nicer and efficient people. They even offered me the possibility of receiving texts when my prescriptions are ready. I am sure Hope Street can provide this service, but I would never know. Maybe CVS management (not the store management) should consider training their employees. I would not recommend CVS Pharmacy at 221 Hope Street.
