  This is the average Rite Aid store and pharmacy. Unfortunately there is zero parking but is accessible buy many bus routes and two Subway Lines. The pharmacy service is excellent however the regular checkout lines can be very slow

  If only I could leave no stars, the employees have a serious attitude. I wanted to return something and I watched as the employee got mad and sighed in front of me for having a return. Then the employee got confused and had to call in someone else who ignored me when I would ask a question.

  I hate this place. I hate the cavalier way employees talk to each other while averting their eyes from customers. There is always a ridiculous line. Clearly management doesn't care enough about the plethora of business it gets to employee the necessary resources to service customers properly. I wonder why? Maybe because this isn't an authentically owned business it's just a shell a.k.a. a chain where the real profiteers are far removed from the everyday running of their own business. People should stop bringing their money here.

  Worst experience ever! There is always a long ass long with one cashier. The people in the pharmacy area needs an attitude adjustment!!! There should be no reason I had to wait on my prescription for almost thirty minutes when my doctor sent it over two hours before I went to pick it up. Flatbush junction is a very busy area, this rite aid really need to step up with better customer service or get shut DOWN!
