  I received courteous and prompt service at the Lower East Side location. My taxes were prepared quickly and I am satisfied with my return. 2014 review. Satisfied 2014 & 2015. Complete disaster 2016! Unfortunately, last years 2016 return issue with the preparer at this location cause me to change this review from 5 stars to 1. It's like she didn't hear anything I said and entered somethings wrong. R&G Brenner Corp. Office fixed it but because of those issues I will not return.

  Mark is fantastic. He was thorough and patient and he really helped me out by saving money and explaining all of my options. I recommend this location and Mark if you need help with your taxes. I'll be back next year for sure!

  Julio in LES took the headache out of my hands, and gave me a handsome return. The staff are easy to deal with and scheduling was done according to my convenience. I'm so glad I filed my taxes with R&G Brenner this year!
