::I received courteous and prompt service at the Lower East Side location. My taxes were prepared quickly and I am satisfied with my return. 2014 review. Satisfied 2014 & 2015. Complete disaster 2016! Unfortunately, last years 2016 return issue with the preparer at this location cause me to change this review from 5 stars to 1. It's like she didn't hear anything I said and entered somethings wrong. R&G Brenner Corp. Office fixed it but because of those issues I will not return.
