  An awesome young man who worked at the shop very patiently explained the needs and temperaments of each snake species and allowed me to handle them in a comfortable environment. It's very clear they take excellent care of their animals.

  Reptiles look miserable and depressed. very confined and limited space for animals that should be roaming free. very sad sight to see. Snakes are kept in little bins with no light or fresh air to breathe. Store smells horrible similar to a dead body decaying for weeks. There all about money and dont care about animals well being.... First time i walked in I saw a savanah monitor full grown in a little tank that prevented it from moving at all ... The prices for most reptiles are ridiculously over priced you can find better deals online with a bigger variety. this store deserves to be shut down... also the workers like to vape while taking care of customers cuffocating the animals as well. Very scary

  We got here every week or so for food for our bearded dragon. They have such an amazing variety of reptiles its fun to even just visit and see everything! And the employees are friendly and informative. Great place!

  I like the store. Lots of animals on display staff seems pretty helpful. And varied other items available for sale. Again I say their selection and animals available are fantastic.. as typical to a retail store they can be a little overpriced but nothing is better than able to see the animal you're purchasing. Having a place to physically go to ask for assistance when needed when buying an exotic animal is priceless.
