  I contacted Rick because my front loader washer was leaking. He was very nice and came over the same day. He identified the issue (a part that had a crack in it) and replaced it. About 2-3 weeks later the washer started leaking again. I contacted Rick and he told me that he would come over that Friday after 4 P.M. He was a NO SHOW. When I called him again he didn't answer OR call me back. I ended up hiring AAA appliance repair and service. They identified 2 problems. 1) the washer hose at the bottom needed to be replaced and 2) the SAME part that Rick replaced was cracked and causing the washer to leak. I called Rick and left a message because AGAIN he did not answer. I told him that I had to pay to have someone else fix what he was supposed to have fixed. STILL NO CALL BACK!!! I would not recommend him to anyone....call a professional not a handy man.
