  Rent from the airport. This location has failed so many times on so many (basic) levels. Never again.

  Booked a rental car online to be picked up at this location on a Sunday. When I got there I was told my car was in route. 30 minutes go by then the salesperson says to me she doesn't know where the driver could be he only went to gas the car up. An hour and a half later I'm finally given a rental because someone returned a car the same class that I ordered. It wasn't the car I ordered but it had to do. Don't go here on a Sunday.

  Was referred by State Farm. They called twice from a 1-8## very quickly after getting off the phone with State Farm only to ascertain more information about my personal vehicle. I called Courtland St location and was placed on hold, I hung up after waiting over ten minutes. A rep answered on my second attempt and apologized. I specifically wanted a pickup truck, he said he will reach out to manager to get one transferred and the manager will call me back. That was 24 hours ago. I have tried calling since 9:00 AM but no one is answering. A rep answered at noon today verified the information was provided to manager, and indicated he will reach out and try to get the pickup truck. Needless to say, when I tried back a couple of hours later, no one answered. I will be paying out of my pocket and trying my luck at a different rental car company and submitting a refund request to State Farm instead of dealing with this type of nonsense.

  Would give this place 10 stars if I could!! This place has the most awesome and amazing staff that are so so helpful with everything they do! Will definitely rent from this company again!

  I've been renting there fore the past 8 months and wanted to give praise and acknowledgement of excellent service to a particular employee "Joyca". Whenever I was engaging with her she made sure I got the car I needed for my business needs. Even when there were shortages of cars she took good care of me. As this location is frequently challenged to fulfill reservations due to its prime location in Downtown, next to Midtown, I appreciate all the good work she and the manager have put in for me.
