Horrible sticky bathroom floor. Yellow stain on bedspread. Dilapidated furniture. One of the most expensive rooms we stayed in across country and the worst. Do not stay here. We got stuck it was late

Just Moved to the area from 1500 miles away. Been here a little over a week. Have stayed at 3 motels on this road and this one is by far the best out of the affordable rooms here. Always clean & smells nice When I check-in. The towels are super soft. Blankets and sheets fresh and clean. Safe bright parking lot. The owners are nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Shabby but cheap and neat. Ideal if you're just looking for a bed and a shower. You ain't going to impress your wife or girlfriend with your choice of lodgings though. Two blocks to the Huntington Metro Station, so it's convenient to DC

My review is based in the following: on Memorial weekend all hotels sell out in no time, leaving you to take more desperate measures. This Inn charges around 75 per night vs 155 at Hampton Inn or virtually any other Inn. Relax Inn is about 15 minutes away from Washington. The water runs, the beds are clean and comfortable, the temperature control was okay, and the place was quiet. The bad? The room had cigarette smell that after a few hours you just get used to it. There was a window AC unit in the closet just sitting there. The closet didn't have a door. There was, for some reason, gray tape in a corner holding the carpet to the wall. The last day, I found a little roach-like insect who was kind enough to let me kill it without chasing it. So overall if you are not picky, and just want a cheap place to sleep and get to Washington quickly, this is your place.
