  Very helpful staff, smaller than other stores and had a ton of shoppers so it was crowded.

  What used to be hardcore outdoor gear is now nothing but Pretentious and overpriced designer "outdoor gear"

  This REI seems to have more in-stock than the downtown one and their staff was quite helpful

  I love this store, great customer service always helpful and informative. No sales pressure and they payout dividends to members--become a member , its soooo worth it. Can't say enough about this store and overall company.

  Really nice store with helpful knowledge staff. Smaller than some REI stores but seemed to be better staffed for the number of customers than other locations. Staff was very knowledgeable about the camping, hiking and climbing gear I looked at. They also had information about local climbing areas that they happily shared.
