  Great store! Staff is always helpful. I left something behind and called and they had already put it in a safe place for me to come pick it up later :)

  Popped in today and was greeted by such a sweet guy Jordan! I will definitely be back due to his excellent customer service, he was so engaging and upbeat, very cool guy!

  I understand the location is important but parking is a biotch. Staff was cool. Store was small. But my wife still loves lulu!

  Seriously, this is not lulu culture. These women made me and my friend so uncomfortable. They were so rude it wasn't even funny. They were even more rude to the woman in line in front of us. Worst lulu experience ever. We will not be going back. The Barton creek lulu staff is far more professional and kind.
