::the ladies here are nice how ever banking with regions isn't a good idea. so many FEES for everything you do!!!!!!!!! there is a one time courtesy waiver when you go into a negative balance in your account... I lost my job and needed them to extend grace to me while I waited for my check to avoid a reversal fee of $36 from my account after I had already used my one time but they would not even do that for me even though I explained my situation and hard time with them they still wouldn't help me out.... CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE SUCKS.

::The ladies working here are excellent. Very nice and super helpful. I was iffy opening an account here... I've had my account for a year and I get charged for taking out of MY savings. There's not that many banks around. When your account goes into negative, even if you put the money that day they charge you a $30+ fee. Going back to Chase Bank. They never did that to me. They'd give me until 11pm that day to get my account back to positive and they wouldn't charge me for taking out money from wherever I wanted and I had them for 3 years until I decided to check another bank out. Won't be leaving Chase Bank ever again.

::I've been a regions customer for most of my adult life. I was thankful to have this branch when I relocated to Keller. The staff is friendly, and I've never had to wait when I've gone in for service.

::They are great at smiling when you enter, but don't expect any real help if you need an "exception" to their policies. I was told today they make no exceptions to any policy for their customers. I would rather have them help me with an issue more than a smile. They are only interested in fees and charges. Too bad.
