  This branch is horrible. I've been coming here for 5 years and try to avoid this location as much as possible. I'm a young adult with tattoos and every single time I come into this branch I get rude stares and attitudes from any employee that I interact with as if my needs aren't the same as everyone else's. I'll continue to drive to the beach and north tarrant branch for the service that I need. It's taken me 5 years to write this review but I'm finally fed up with it.

  I was sincerely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding customer service I experienced with Michael Skourup. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend him for all your banking needs.

  Ana, Angie, and severa went above and beyond for me. I went in with a cashiers check to make sure it wasn't fraud and they did everything they could to find out from the bank in Utah to make sure before I deposited it into my account. They defenity will be my bank 4 ever. Thanks again for everything girls. I'm glad we figured everything out.

  It's very bad location customer service is very very bad the manager she's name Ana she don't have experience how to talk with a customer's and this location always not busy I don't know why they didn't help the customers they need a new people walking in this location people have experience have smile to the customer I feel I'm going inside to ask her for some change the way she talked to me looks like she working a gas station 😟😟😞

  We went into open my Wife an account during business hours and was told to come back tommorow because they had something to do in 20 minutes and couldnt help us. So I endorsed and deposited my Wife's IRS check into atm to use next day. Money was made available as usual. However the next day my account was overdrawn and the check credit had been reversed. Customer service says We will get check back in up to 30 business. Real dog meat pos way to treat someone whoes been your customer for well over 5 years or more.
