  Lisa Thorsen, maybe sweet but, is not one to trust. She does not return phone calls in a timely manner, nor does she show for appointments made.September 2017, I had left a dress with her for consignment. It took her over 3 weeks to get me a contract. 1st she said she mailed it. It never came. I made an appointment to pick it up only to arrive at a closed store. I called her, left a message. Went to for coffee, returned 45 minutes to a still locked store. 2 days later( I have documentation of all of this) she returned my call with an excuse. This happened twice more. She assured me she had the contract. I happened to call the store when she actually was there again was assured she had the contract. I went right over. She had a bride to be in the store but, surprise, surprise. No contract. She said she would deliver the contract to my house, which she didn’t.I asked to see my dress. She said it was in the back but, wouldn’t show it to me. She finally emailed me a contract. I spoke to her in November to see if there was any interest in the dress. She had told me she had someone interested in it. I hadn’t heard from her again. I called her in January to tell her I would be picking up my dress. She made an appointment for me to come pick up my dress on a Tuesday. I arrived to a closed store. Another woman and I stood outside the store for 45 minutes. I had called Lisa 2x while standing outside the store. When she finally called me back in Wednesday, I told her that I wanted my dress back and if she was a no show again. I would report it to the police as stolen property. We made arrangements for me to pick up my dress. She finally showed up. She gave me my dress and said she never showed it to anyone. So did she lie back in November when she told me someone was interested or was she lying to me now? No matter, I got my dress back. She also rents Formal Wear. I cannot be sure that she had not rented my dress to someone but, it wouldn’t surprise me. Please be very wary in using this business.

  Lisa is very nice but I was so disappointed at how unorganized this business was. My M.O.H. had to assist because she was so unprepared. And my second visit when I was SUPPOSED to meet with the designer/alteration person, was even worse. I still haven't received a phone call back with pricing for the dress I wanted. I decided to choose another more professional bridal shop.
