  Quite possibly the worst experience I've had dining in years. Stopped going about 5 years ago. Went back tonight to hang out with my son, and now I know why I stopped going. The server was the only positive thing. Will never go again. Tenders were rock hard and dry. They served me a microwaved brownie, which was rock hard because they microwaved it too long. Even worse, they forgot the vanilla ice cream with hot fudge on top and strawberry. I didn't even complain... just paid the bill and left. It was useless to complain. I just wanted out of there.

  Overall pretty good experience here! The service was great and the waitress knew the menu well. The food came out fast and was great. I forgot how salty the food here is, so if you have salt issues I'd stay away from the wings and fried pickles. Other than that, I had a good time!

  Wife had their Impossible Vegetarian Burger with lettuce wrap instead of buns (pic). She enjoyed it. I had the BBQ Brisket Burger which was just ok. The bacon was a bit overcooked and the brisket just looks like pulled pork (see pic). Burger patty was the best part, pretty tasty. We also had the small onion ring tower for app. and loved it with different sauces. Be sure to ask for fresh fries if yours don't come out perfectly hot and crispy. They have no problem brining you more and it makes quite a difference.

  Fresh food, courteous and professional staff. We came here on a Sunday night. It was not overly busy, so the wife and I asked for a booth. We were seated right away and our waiter was Mo. he was courteous and promptly took our order. We both ordered a “Monster Burger” with bottomless fries. We left very happy and satisfied! Mo was holding it down and taking care of MANY tables and he made it work!

  Quick and friendly service. Clean environment. Unfortunately my cousin didn't get the expected red Robin birthday treatment, they just dropped the ice cream and left...yikes! 4 stars. There's a few bottomless sides which is cool. There's contactless pay at the table. There's also a unique 5 course kids meal menu and entertainment on the table if you had to wait. You could have watched a show or played a game on a device while you waited (same device you use to pay). The food was fine, typical. A note for tourists, remember that meat here is unseasonably so while the burgers look delicious, they lack any taste at all so salt and pepper it before you eat. Other than that, you're good to go! I had an alcoholic pineapple upside down milkshake and it was delicious! They added rum and pineapple to a Vanille milkshake, it was really good! Sweet potato fries were also top tier!
