::The sandwiches have always been excellent here. No complaints what-so-ever there. What's troubling is the employee that was taking the order. My wife was speaking to her and she wasn't acknowledging that she was being spoken to. I initially thought she may have been hard of hearing, but then realized she had earbuds in her ears and was on the phone with someone while she was supposed to be listening to her customers. When she finally acknowledged she was being spoken to, she asked the person she was speaking to on the phone to hold on and took the order. This was about 6:00pm-6:30pm, Oct. 10th. Now, I don't know who the manager was on duty, hopefully not her, but if she worked for me, she'd be sent home immediately. Poor work ethic.

::First time getting food from Potbelly. We ordered delivery a few hours in advance, got a call a few minutes past when the food was supposed to be here explaining the driver didn’t show up so they couldn’t deliver it. They asked us to come pick it up and gave us the food for free and threw in a couple of cookies. Awesome. Except we got home and there was like no meat on the sandwich and the bread tasted kinda stale. There was maybe 1 slice of each type that’s supposed to be on there. Compared to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s it seems like a huge ripoff. Thankfully it was free. A+ for the customer service, but the food sucks so I won’t be back.

::Inconsistent service here. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. Not so much this evening. Came in for ONE sandwich. I ordered a wreck with no roast beef, only for me to realize by my own checking on its way out of the oven, that it had roast beef on it, but no salami. So they had to remake it. No apologies for their error. Tasted good, but the appearance was disappointing. None of the three employees I encountered on my visit seemed pleasant or happy to be there.

::I often order from here and the food is typically pretty good. Today I was sent a TRASH BLT sandwich. The bacon was NOT cooked. I microwaved it again and its still not cooked. This picture doesn't even do it justice. And, yall put 3 slices on a BIG and charge almost 10 dollars for it? Don't think so! I have had great sandwiches from this location but today? Terrible experience. Ugh.
