::Very affordable and budget friendly hotel. Friendly staff. Good location for tourists heading towards Manhattan. Complimentary breakfast but they only have 4 tables.

::The reason I am rating Red Lion Inn with only 1 star is due to less than adequate customer service. The front desk and staff have terrible customer service! It’s acually very strange since hotels understand customer service is one of the most important factors leading to a successful business in this field. Also, overpriced. Not worth 210.00 per night at all. I hope this helps.

::I liked the hotel! The room is small, but has a very good location, with 2 metro stations near. Sunny, the receptionist, was very kind with us and gave us good directions!

::Has breakfast and small area for eating. Train 1 block away, 10 min from Manhattan. Clean. Ice machine. Some exercise equipment. Rooms are nit gigantic, but I am not here to sit in my hotel room all day. 5 stars for good price and clean place.

::We loved our stay at this comfort inn. The subway was literally at the end of the street. The staff was very courteous. For breakfast, you had a pretty good selection to choose from. The room was very clean. The floors in our room were wood/laminate, not the dirty carpet you usually get elsewhere. The room was small, but for the price and location we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend.
