  Clean, friendly staff, affordable. The only problem we noticed with it was that the elevator was painfully slow and there was only one elevator. A lot of time went into waiting for it.

  Pros. 1. Great location, near the train station and LGA airport Cons. 1. We got a small room in the corner of the hall way 2. Near the construction site 3. Breakfast was ok

  Convenient location, close to public transit into the city. Rooms are neat and clean, and the rates are great for the quality of rooms. Small downside was we had no microwave in our room, but they have no problem letting you use the one in the lobby. Staff was friendly and check in/out was hassle free.

  Good location, close to subway station. But very noisy at night. Service is good, staff is nice.

  If I could give it no stars I would. This place is also a shelter. A SHELTER YOU would think for the money that I paid for a room it would be decent. It is disgusting. Nasty people in the elevator with there hands in their pants and then just hanging outside in front. If i wanted something like that i wouldve went to the projects....I am so glad I didn't have my kids with me.
