  Worst service I have ever received. I had to ask the man behind the desk to stop raising his voice at me when I was trying to check in. Not only did he not have the room available that I booked, but he was incredibly rude and seemed and had to remind him that his job entailed professionalism and being kind to guests, which he had zero regard for. Can't speak for the condition of the rooms, however if this is a preview they're guaranteed to be disgusting like this man was when I asked why he didn't hold a room that was booked.
