::When you order furniture through these people please be aware that they do not value customer satisfaction. I have been paying for this living room furniture for over a year now and I have relocated to a new place which the furniture can not fit through the entrance. I reached out to customer service to see what they can do to help maybe replace with a smaller couch that can fit and their response is “I apologize there is nothing we can do for you.” Smaller furniture companies like “Aaron’s” that don’t have the quality of furniture like this company atleast care about customer service. I’d be able to exchange the furniture and have something that will be able to fit into my place. Even though I may have to get rid of this furniture I’m stil expected to make the payments which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re buying your furniture out right.

::Love the different styles & colors of living room sets. No purchase on yesterday due to 6 month financing only & delivery charges increased in a matter of a few days. I know a purchase will be made @ a bigger store, a more reputable store, and a store that has better financing options. No stress on income that I work for. Paramus stores need to be regulated. Their pricing is based upon what day of the week it is and how the owner feels when he gets up and looks @ stock market numbers. Unfortunate, but fact.

::I have been a customer of Raymour & Flanigan for years and most recently purchased a bed. I appreciate their white glove delivery service (they assemble everything). The entire experience from visiting their store, their salespersons, the delivery which was in 2 business days and punctual - is fantastic.

::To be honest in the matter of the sales person there was no issues. Edwin was very delightful. Upon the delivery of our furniture everything was fine. The day of delivery many issues arose. A full set up of our dining room was not conducted and the waste from the move was not discarded but actually left upon on our door step. When I returned to the showroom very upset about what had occurred I was disappointed with the response. Our sales person didn't seem to care because of course he had already received his commission and as for the customer service manager her indifference was appalling. The furniture is amazing! and the associates are helpful UNTIL you have a problem. I will not be returning to this showroom.
