  I called their shop at 730am, and they fit me in for an oil change. They were so organized, quick and accurate with their service. The amazing part is I paid half the price that I would have paid at the shop I used to go to. I quote "Used to go to". I choose this shop as my new care takers for my car. Thank you so much!! 🚗

  My family and I have been going to Ray & Dana's for various services (big or small) for many years. Regardless of the job being performed, we have found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and accommodating at all times. We have developed a level of trust and confidence in Ray & Dana's so much so that we take our cars there for regularly scheduled maintenance (unless it is part of the lease program). Anytime we have received a quote from a dealer for services on our cars, the 1st thing I do is call Ray & Dana's to determine 1. if the service actually needs to be performed and 2. to determine how much lower the cost will be by going to our trusted automotive advisers. I highly recommend Ray & Dan's to anyone with who needs automotive repairs or maintenance.

  I have been a satisfied customer of Ray & Dana's for a long time. I have used them for many types of service on both my car and my daughters car. I have always appreciated their honest work ethics and how they work with you when problems arise. A great example is when I had my front brake pads and rotors replace. Within the service warranty period I developed a pulsing from the brakes. They first replaced the rotors at no charge. When the pulsing problem reoccurred they replaced both the rotors and pads at no cost. The brakes have been fine since. Now that is truly standing behind your service guarantee. Many thanks!!

  I was in the New Jersey area driving back to Ontario Canada. On route my muffler broke. I needed this repaired prior to my drive home. I found Ray and Dana’s Inman auto service while searching for a well rated auto service repair shop. I sent a request in early in the morning by email and received a call back from Dana one of the owners promptly. They were able to look at my vehicle as soon as i could make it over. Upon arrival i was greeted by Steve, who took my information. I was then personally greeted by my first name and taken care of by Dana throughout my repair. They reviewed my vehicle with me and explained my repair options. (The shop area was clean and organized). They then provided an estimate. I approved the work and was given a time when my vehicle would be ready. They were upfront and clear about the price and how long it would take to complete the work. They genuinely care, and you could tell that from each customer that walked through the door while I was in the waiting room. I should add, they provide snacks and refreshments, and the lounge is clean, including the restroom. I highly recommend this shop, and, from my experience, you’ll have a great one too!

  A couple of years ago I needed to find a reputable shop for my family to take our cars for service. I searched the web and found Ray & Dana's to have good reviews, so I went there.... and I'm so glad I did! They are like family to us now - with us having 4 cars in for service. When I walk in they know my name, they know my vehicles. I feel I have been treated more than fairly with every transaction and have never had a problem with their work. They will take your call even if they are busy and keep you informed through out the servicing. I wouldn't feel safe going anywhere else. Once you go there, you won't go anywhere else!
