  The point of this review is discuss my horrible experience over the phone. This review is about two calls which took place half an hour before closing. Main point: Awful customer service!The employee who answered the phone was more concerned with closing the store than helping me get a critical part. Background: This all took place on May 19, 2018. I was involved in a minor accident in the morning. Long story short, an improperly installed wheel spacer lead to my driver side front tire coming off. I spent over an hour looking for stores that carry wheel spacers. Road Runners Performance And Accessory Center was the only store with the parts I needed. Unfortunately for me, I called 30 minutes prior to closing time. I attempted to explain my situation, but the guy at the registrar wasn't having it. He was not willing to accommodate tô my situation. After assuring him that I would arrive to the store 15 minutes after closing, he refused to consider my situation. When I called for the second time, 10 minutes prior to closing, he refused to consider staying open even though I was close to the store. He hung up the call abruptly, refusing to listen to my situation.

  Loved this place. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Ordered me a part and it was there the next day. 5 stars all the way around. I will be back again!

  Need, to upgrade a aisle, with some new equipment, get rid of some of the old outdated merchandize, but over all store is well stocked with high quality hard to buy speed parts. I'm sick of ordering from amaz or summit , I love just going into a real store seeing and purchasing speed parts I need. roadrunner gets the hard to find parts so I'll be stopping in in the future, tks to staff at roadrunner.

  Sales People were very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining all questions that was my concern i would go back for any other things that I would need.
