  I seriously thought Ramada by Wyndham Los Angeles/Downtown West was too good to be true ... but it isn't! Alisa assisted us and aligned us with the perfect hotel for our upcoming wedding. She provided so much info that I didn't even realize that I needed, and answered all of our questions promptly and politely. I would highly recommend booking your hotel through Ramada by Wyndham Los Angeles/Downtown West- there is really no reason not to. They make it so easy and it's truly free!

  Got a room here for a weekend conference, and it was somewhere between decent and good. The rooms was nice, clean, and well taken care of, and had every expected amenity. There were a few annoyances, however. My friends room was in a, I don't know how to describe it, other than a different, semi connected building accessible through their the garage. That was really weird. Also, the main building had the floors labeled American style (the ground floor is floor 1), while the other had the floors labeled English style (the ground floor is G, and the floor above it is floor 1). As for the little niggles, the breakfast there was kinda mediocre, but meh, that's to be expected, and a vending machine ate like three bucks (I didn't bother the counter about it because I was already too busy running out).

  It's really hard to find a centrally located hotel in LA with free parking. Thankfully, this Ramada has it! That saves a decent amount of money. Unfortunately the cost otherwise seems pretty high for your setup. No real view and it has a motel feel. That said, location is great: near MacArthur park and downtown. Korean food nearby with an abundance of Mexican and Central American food within walking distance. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms/hotel here are nicer than the Koreatown Ramada, but I prefer the one in Koreatown as it's cheaper and I subjectively prefer the location.

  I was honestly surprised at how nice this hotel ended up being. The location is a bit sketchy, but the price was great for what we got. The room was clean and the service was good. The breakfast left something to be desired, but I wasn't expecting something fancy. There's parking available if you need it. It's close to all of the tourist attractions (traffic permitting). I'd stay here again.
