  I have been a patient at Raleigh Neurology for years. They go above and beyond to accommodate their patients. I live at the beach and travel to Raleigh just for the doctors there. I couldn't be happier.

  This medical establishment is in my top 5 worst customer service experiences. My son had an order from the MD for an MRI, I hadn’t heard from anyone in two weeks. I called the office in attempt to see what was the hold up I was told it as a problem with BCBSNC, after being on the phone for 30 mins. Called BCBSNC I was told they had no record and that I should contact the facility back. … long story short I was given the run around for about a week before I could get something scheduled for my son, which was after his follow up with the MD. It ruined my work schedule and I never got a call from the supervisor about my concerns. I hope all goes well with my son Follow up appt, I’ll try Greenville if we need further care.
