I leased a car from Victor over a year ago and still he remembered me answered my questions no hesitations .. solved my issues .. Then theirs Katie from the service department .. This young lady is well informed about the mechanics of the car . I asked a few questions again no hesitation she answered every question i had .. I really couldn’t be happier .. ::I submitted an inquiry via the Rallye web site and received a prompt email reply and a pleasant phone call from Tom Walton in the Sales Group who invited me to stop by and see the vehicle that I had inquired about. When I arrived at Rallye about 30 minutes later, Tom greeted my at the reception desk and had the car all set to go for a test drive. When I found the car to my liking Tom offered to answer any and all of my questions in a very helpful and professional manner. We agreed on the price without any hassle and Tom introduced me to Buddy Ross, the Finance & Lease Manager who navigated me through the rest of the process without a hitch. Two days later I arrived at Rallye to pick up the car and Tom Walton had arranged for a delivery specialist, Nico, to give me all the time I needed to learn about the great new features of my new car. What a team! Rallye Rocks!
