  The staff was so helpful with a balloon order that I needed for an early morning Saturday. They came in early just for my order. Thank you, Louis!!

  True that it’s hard to find things in the store but that’s because they carry lots of things. Thankfully there are helpful staffs around

  No bargains, but a wide variety of merchandise and friendly and helpful staff. Usually end up here if I need something.

  Horrific customer service. Refused to provide a contact for supervisor. You would think for the expensive prices they'd at least try to keep their customers with better service

  I think this is the only store in Great Neck that sells sheet metal. For that, I am greatful. Overall OK store for everything else.
