  Order was placed 9 days with item listed as in stock. No communication from the store on why the merchandise was not shipped out. Had to initiate the contact with the seller to find out that the item is on backorder. Their CSR do not pickup the phone, communication is done via an email. Request to cancel an order was unanswered. Do not fall for discounted pricing and additional coupons, since you may end up in our situation and pay for an expedited shipping from another reputable seller who has the item in stock.
