::Very bad attention from the women have very bad character, I waited a long time to get out of the room, the sofa had garbage, it also had ants and the refrigerator wasted a lot of water. The worst sta

::So this hotel needs a lot of work. The room we stayed in had no way of controlling the heat/air conditioning. Our room was between 80-90 degrees and wasn’t able to be fixed. Being able to adjust heat and air is pretty standard at most hotels, but I guess not here. The customer service by the front desk was poor along was cleanliness of the room itself. This hotel is a poor representation of fellow 3 star hotels.

::During our stay, the very first night, we alerted Radisson the toilet in our room was making a screeching noise. It was so loud, it was difficult to sleep, and normal conversation volume was difficult to hear. We alerted Radisson that night, the next morning, that evening, the 2nd day, and upon check out. Each time, we were told that no one was on staff who could help, and to talk with the manager at a different time. For our 3 day, 2 night stay, we could not physically stay in our room due to the noise, and sleep was minimal to none when we tried. Following our stay, as the manager and staff continued to divert responsibility to other staff, we reached out via phone to Radisson Hauppauge. The same lack of service continued, with promises to call back once the appropriate person was in the office, with communications not passed on, and with each staff member saying they weren't the person to help. 13 (!!!) times I was on the phone with staff, until the last representative apologized for both the stay and the lack of communication/resolution. This person said they would refund 1 of our 2 nights stay. I received then a 10% refund (not 50%) on my credit card, and the next 4 follow up calls were either discarded, I was hung up on, or not passed on. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel. I am so disappointed with the utter lack of responsibility, honor to promises, or even care to resolve the situation at the time.

::The hotel was operating under hazardous conditions. With temperatures over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, the hotel did not have working air conditioning in my room. We also found many live critters in the hotel room. I went to front desk everyday asking for someone to come take a look at the AC. Maintenance came in and checked the temperature blowing out of the AC and even he stated that it was broken. I had the temperature set to 63, they AC was keeping the room at 70+. NOT ACCEPTABLE. When pest control came and sprayed the room, it brought out even more bugs. Spoke with front desk and asked for a room change but was told I would have to switch from a double bed room to a king bed room. This would not accommodate the number of guests I had in my room. Plus, this room didn’t have a working AC either since the hotel was sold out for an event and many guests were switching in and out of rooms due to this issue. I called the hotel a few days after my stay to speak with the manager in regards to a refund. I was told I would be called back within a few days and I never received a call back. I was a part of the bridal party and all the hotels in the area were sold out so I had no other option but to stay at this hotel. In all honesty, it should not have been operating at the time since the management was aware of the AC not working. The excuse of the AC not working is “we ran out of gas”. That is not a valid excuse. If that is the case, management should have found a fix before hosting a large event. They should have provided guests with fans. It was so hot in the hotel, you would instantly start sweating from just standing. The bugs were also an accurate representation of the hotel not properly cleaning their rooms. We had found several webs in different parts of the rooms.

::We called ahead that we're going to have a late check in for a 4 night stay. When we arrived around close to midnight, the front desk lady was soooo RUDE to us. Almost every questions is treated like we're stupid. We're a family professional people (Doctors, Nurses, Politicians and Business owners). We never demand to be treated special. We just expect to be treated with RESPECT. One example (among many), she was giving instructions to one of my Aunts, when it was our time to ask something, her response was, "Didn't you hear what i said to her?", referring to my Aunt. We don't listen to everything they're talking about. Same thing she said to two of my Aunts when it was their turn. She was like annoyed serving us like she can't wait for us to get out of the from desk. We're so tired and just wanted to rest. Only to be disrespected by someone we expect a costumer service should NEVER do. We're here in the first place Charity Gala, rented one of the hotel's ballroom. What a shame to be treated like this. Specially my wife is a reward member of this hotel. The breakfast personnel on the other hand was so friendly to us. We were initially denied daily breakfast at first considering we already covered them on our booking. They said it wasn't covered. Good thing we have the confirmation to show. Only then we were given the pass. Sigh!
