  The Asian man that works here could do with a hug, a balloon, a cake or SOMETHING to put a smile on his face. But I know customer service can be tough. The ladies that work here are very nice and I only trust this location for my dry cleaning needs.

  Disgusting. I dropped off my jacket early last week to be cleaned and was told to pick it up on Friday. When I went to pick it up I was told that the zipper was broken off and that since they didn't now if it was broken before or after it was dropped off that they didn't if I wanted it fixed. I explained to the nice and patient girl at the counter that the zipper was most certainly not broken and was told that I should come in on Tuesday to speak with the owner. Upon calling today, I was told that the owner did not come into work today, but she told the girl I was speaking to that since the person who took my jacket from me at the counter didn't remember if the zipper was broken that I would have to pay for half of the repairs. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. Do not trust these people. They broke my jacket and are making me pay for it.
