  Horrible. The mexican chubby lady I ask her to empty a machine for me because they have just 2 big machines so she refused to. Right after she took it out for someone else. I waited 32 minutes to start washing. I washed my clothes and when I put them in the dryer my clothes dont even dry properly so I ask her to put more money on both machines because i put 2.00 in each one and still not dry. She also refuse to do it. I stopped going over there. Now i rather walk5 more blocks. And the sad part it is in the front of my house now because of their way to handle business i rather go further.

  m sitting next to her in laundry and she just took my clothes out of machine without my permission right after the cycle finishes without my permission and she didn't even tell me i was looking for my clothes i was putting my clothes in dryer n she tried to take out my clothes because she wamted to give someone she knew frm b4 fortunately i saw n i said the other lady b4 that its mine she still tried to take it out

  i dropped off 40 lbs of laundry to which they stole or handed off to some other person without a receipt of all my sheets and towels totaling close to 2000 dollars and are refusing to compensate me. they are thieves.
